Meal Plan for Immune Support


To support your immune system, it is recommended to eliminate pro-inflammatory foods such as processed foods, sugar, dairy, gluten, processed and red meats, alcohol, and soft drinks. The selected recipes are delicious, fibre-rich, and nutrient-dense, with plenty of fibrous veggies, proteins, healthy fats, and anti-inflammatory fruits. Drinking at least 8 glasses of filtered water daily is also important. Feel free to swap meals around and stick with the plan for 14 days to notice improvements in how you feel.
