The recipes have all been selected to provide you with nutrient-dense, fiber-rich options that will allow you to easily eliminate inflammatory foods that contribute to an array of concerns ranging from fatigue, general aches and pains, gut concerns such as bloating, cramping, bowel irregularity, mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, and a host of other conditions that can all be improved by making some dietary improvements. The idea is to stick with it for the next 14 days, by which time you should notice some improvement in the way you feel.
