  1. The first step is a comprehensive consultation with me so that I can get a good understanding of what your main concerns are, and what body systems are most affected.
  2. A blood test follows whereby 36 blood values are uploaded and sent off to Germany for analysis by a German Physician and his team of Nutritional Scientists.
  3. After careful analysis, a structured nutritional program, designed to rebalance and reset your metabolism, increase energy and vitality, while at the same time helping you achieve your health goals is created especially for you. Your unique body chemistry is adjusted to rebalance hormone levels, by managing your insulin levels. This promotes fat burning, decreases fat storage and promotes wellbeing. Body fat is shed, yet muscles and connective tissues are protected, which means your skin remains taut and smooth.
  4. An innovative algorithm is used to produce a personalised eating plan designed to naturally restore hormonal balance and ultimately your health. This then becomes your personal blueprint for ongoing weight management and health maintenance. You receive an individual plan based on your exact nutrient requirements, which are determined by the blood test mentioned above.
